Paint Party Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Kim's Endless Creations' paint parties and corporate events.

Do not continue to use Kim's Endless Creations for your paint party services should you not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund within 48 hours of the event and refund on a case-by-case if under seven days; otherwise, a credit for future paint parties will be held for three months of the original booking. Full refund outside seven days without question
This is a live entertainment event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last-minute emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception.
We reserve the right to change any painting class start time, date, ticket price or venue. We will notify customers by email if those changes are made. If our painting class is rescheduled or cancelled, we reserve the right to issue a refund or substitute your purchase with another painting class event ticket of greater or the same value. You will be charged for their tickets if you enter your friend(s) name.
NUMBER OF ATTENDEES
For private paint parties, the number needs to be confirmed at least three days before the Paint Party so preparation can be done in accordance. Once a total number of painters or guests has been agreed upon, the host is responsible for the payment of the agreed number, whether the painters show up or not. The host can keep the unpainted canvases if the agreed number does not show up.
Set up for a private paint party takes between 40 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on the number of painters. Therefore, our art instructor will arrive up to 75 minutes before the start time so the class can begin on time, which will be discussed with the organiser beforehand. Starting later than the start time will not allow for extra time since the allocated time for painting is 2 – 2 ½ hours; the class will be only 2 ½ hours long starting from the start time agreed with the organiser. For us to set up accordingly and bring enough supplies for the class, we require a final head count at least 24 hours before the event. If we start setting up for a painter after a class has already begun, do note that it does take time away from the actual painting class. Clean-up takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the number of painters, and this is done after the course.
MEDIA
We want to show off how much fun we're having and reserve the right to display and promote images of our paint party participants on social media.
FOOD
When our paint party is held at a licensed venue, you can purchase food and drink to have during the session from the premises and not permitted to bring in your own. However, if you are hosting a private function or corporate event then feel free to bring in any food or have your event catered. We do not provide food or drinks.
LOCATION OF THE PAINT PARTY
For most of our paint and sip parties a venue will be allocated for this event already as per details of your ticket. If you are hosting a private function or corporate paint party event the following will apply. Before we agree to conduct a paint party, we need to know whether the party will be indoors or outdoors so we can arrange to transport our supplies to the site accordingly. If the paint party is outdoors, the organiser must consider the weather and decide accordingly. Rain, wind and too much heat need to be taken into consideration if you are thinking of painting outdoors for the paint party to run as smoothly as possible. Please make sure there is enough shade if it is outdoors. We cannot provide tents (This would be the organiser's responsibility if private party). The organiser must make sure they also consider lighting and make sure the venue has enough lighting so the painters can see what they are painting. If you are unsure if your location is suitable, Kim will happily look at it for you from pictures or in person and advise.
SUPPLIES
We take your safety seriously! We are staying current and up to date with mandates of safely handling any and all supplies we provide. Unless otherwise stated, Paint Party supplies such as paints and canvases or select other items needed for the completion of the artwork will be provided. Kim recommends you wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on as you may be more expressive with the paint and get some on your clothes. We will provide you with an apron, but you may also wish to wear painting attire just in case. We will not be held harmless for damages arising from paint as we expressly advise you to wear clothing that you may get paint on. We will make every effort to start each event on time and help each individual to complete their project within the timeframe allocated.
PAYMENT
Ticket purchases are billed at the time of sale. We do require reservations with payment to secure seats and to provide any additional instruction needed before class.
